HISTOSTRUCTURE OF CHICKEN’S LIVER AFTER ADDITION OF AEROSIL SORBENT TO THEIR RATION

I.N. Yakovleva1, G.I. Gorshkov1, N.N. Kushch2

The microscopic investigations of chicken liver of the Broiler 6 cross, which consumed Aerosil sorbent (SiO2) added to their ration at the age of 6-40 days were made. The apply of this preparation results in increase of the ratio between light functional hepatocytes and dark hepatocytes, more inert, in nucleus of which the heterochromatin prevails in the form of lumpy aggregation along inner surface of nuclear membrane. In light hepatocytes the nucleus volume, number and volume of mitochondries and granular endoplasmatic network are increasing; the part of fine-dispersed euchromatin is raising, but the number of glycogen granules in cytoplasm is decreasing. The light hepatocytes form open bile capillaries, but the dark — decreased ones.

Keywords: chickens, sorbent aerosil, hepatocytes, nucleus, mitochondries, chromatine.
