PRODUCTIVITY AND TECHNOLOGICAL PROPERTIES OF COW MILK AT VARIOUS AMINOACID COMPOSITION OF METABOLIC PROTEIN IN RATION

In production conditions on full-age cows of the Holsteined Black-and-White breed the authors studied the effect of various content of limiting amino acids in composition of metabolic protein on concentration of urea, dextrose and amino acids in blood in connection with yield of milk, milk formula, its adaptability to sterilization and cheese production. It was shown, that introduction to cow organism of additional amount of methionine, phenylalanine, histidine in composition of ration metabolic protein promotes to rising of milk productivity, yield of protein and fat with milk, and also permit to obtain high-quality raw material.
