CHANGE OF HEMATOLOGICAL, IMMUNOLOGICAL AND BIOCHEMICAL MEASURES IN PIGS BLOOD DURING TRANSPORTATION STRESS

A.G. Maksimov

The influence of transportation stress-factor was investigated on hematological, immunological and biochemical measures of blood in fattened pigs of the Large White breed. It was established, that the transportation result in the nonspecific syndrome in animals with a rearrangement of metabolic processes: the intensification of cellular protective factors, antioxidant activity and energy metabolism; the decrease of protein metabolism. The author revealed the most informative test-mar-kers of stress status.

Key words: stress-syndrome of swines, transportation, metabolism, stress-markers PSS.
