NATURAL RESISTANCE IN HEIFERS AFTER FEEDING BY USUAL TOPINAMBOUR AND WITH SELENIUM

The authors studied the effect of feeding by usual topinambour and with selenium on natural resistance in heifers of the Black-and-White breed. It was shown that both additions cause the antistress action on animal organism after vaccination, promote to an increasing of reactivity of lymphocytic system and a rising of adaptive reserve of oxygen dependent mechanisms of microbicidal neutrophil. The introduction to ration of topinambour with selenium results in the raising of erythrocytes amount and ensures the stimulation of neutrophil granulocytopoiesis.
