BIOTECHNOLOGICAL METHODS FOR ISOLATION THE PLANTS POSSESSING COMPLEX STABILITY TO HEAVY METALS AND SALINIZATION

The biotechnological methods were development for reception of cellular lines and regen-erants of Agrostis stolonifera tolerant to complex influence of heavy metals and salinization. The plants resistant to cooper and sodium chloride were isolated by means of stepped breeding scheme. The plants resistant to cooper and zinc were isolated by the method of direct cellular selection.
