USE OF SEMEN DIVIDED ON SEX IN PRACTICAL CATTLE BREEDING (review)

The current technology of sperm dividing on sex with use of high-speed flow cytometry was discussed. The authors summarize the results of investigations of artificial insemination of cattle and other agricultural animals by divided sperm and the transplantation to them of embryos, obtained by means of divided sperm in vitro.
