REPROGRAMMING OF A CELLS MAMMALIAN GENOME (review)

The key questions of nuclear transfer methodology at a cell level are discussed. The recon-struction of embryos by transfer of human cells into enucleated oocytes is one potential source of pluripotent embryonic stem cells. The alternative methods of a cell mammalian genome reprogram-ming: hybridization between stem and differentiated cells and treatment by cell extract are discussed.
