ANALYSIS OF EXPRESSION OF THE GENES-CANDIDATES DETERMINING THE SHELL THICKNESS IN HEN EGGS

By the method of polymerase chain reaction in real time the authors analyzed the expression of 12 genes-candidates determining the shell thickness in 2 breeds of domestic hen (Rhode Island and Polish Greenlegged). In birds of the Polish breed the authors revealed the reliable distinction between groups with thin and thick shell in level of expression of CR523443 sequence.
