CONTENT OF PECTINES IN APPLES IN THE CONDITIONS OF RUSSIAN CENTRALLY- CHERNOZEM REGION

The authors studied the fruits in apple varieties from collection of All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Orchard Culture Selection (including the varieties of Institute selection) on content of pectines. The best forms on this determinant were revealed, the fruits of which can be eat in natural form as treatment-preventive foods. The new varieties with high content of pectines and stable determinant were recommended for using in further selection.
