INTRASPECIFIC POLYMORPHISM IN SUNFLOWER FALSE MILDEW REVEALED BY MOLECULAR MARKERS

The intraspecific polymorphism in 42 isolates of six races of sunflower false mildew (Plasmopara halstedii (Farl.) Berl. et de Toni) in Krasnodar region, revealed by molecular markers with 36 primers and its combinations was studied with the use of PCR. The degree of polymorphism was estimated as weak, so long as only 10 primers and primer combinations show polymorphism.
