KIDNEY BEAN YELLOW MOSAIC VIRUS — THE AGENT OF DISEASE OF ORNAMENTAL PLANTS

The authors have been identified the kidney bean yellow mosaic virus (KBYMV), for the first time discovered on the south of Russian Far East, on Japan laurel, on peacock tigerflower, on hybrid iris and gladiolus. The intraspecific variability of infective the ornamental plants of KBYMV were revealed. The virus isolates from Japan laurel, hybrid iris and gladiolus are independent, but virus obtained from tigerflower is usual strain of KBYMV.
