ADAPTATION OF ROTARY VISCOSIMETER VT5L/R TO DETERMINING OF RELATIVE VISCOSITY OF WATER EXTRACT OF GRAIN SCHROT OF WINTER RYE

The authors adapted the rotary viscosimeter VT5L/R to determining relative viscosity of water extracts of grain schrot of winter rye due to optimization of water to dry sample ratio. The reasons of formation of quasiviscous water extracts and the way of their correction were established. The scheme of operation sequence and duration for estimating selection material by viscosity of grain water extract was suggested.
