Technological properties of grain and flour, including contents of raw gluten, protein, and prolamine fractions, together with grain texture and flour physical properties from alveograph, have been investigated in common wheat introgressive lines carrying leaf rust resistance genes from T. timopheevii Zhuk. which were obtained on the basis of 5 regionalised cultivars (Saratovskaya 29, Novosibirskaya 67, Irtyshanka 10, Skala and Tselinnaya 20). The most of lines on listed parameters pass standards of Central State Commission Laboratory of Russian Federation as for enumerates indices of bread wheat on not lower than «valuable» criterion.

Key words: introgressive lines, Triticum aetivum L., Triticum timopheevii Zhuk., bread wheat, resistance to leaf rust, technological properties, alveograph, prolamine fractions.
