FEATURES OF LIPID PEROXIDATION IN DRY PREGNANT AND HIGHLY PRODUCTIVE LACTIC COWS

The authors have studied the intensity of lipid peroxidation, the state of enzymatic and not enzymatic links of antioxidant system of dry pregnant and lactic cows having average annual lactic productivity of 6.0-10.2 metric ton and 3.1-4.2 metric ton. It was established that the increase of cow lactic productivity reveals physiological stress of pregnancy, birth and lactation, which is accompanied by increased formation and accumulation of product of free radical lipid oxidation and low activity of antioxidant system.
