IMMUNE STATUS IN PIGLETS IN CONNECTION WITH TIME AND DOSE OF INJECTION OF SODIUM NUCLEINATE DURING VACCINATION
A.V. Krivopushkin1, E.V. Krapivina1, Yu.N. Fedorov2
In industrial conditions the authors estimated the immune status in piglets of the White Large breed during vaccination against leptospirosis with application of nature immunomodulating activity of sodium nucleinate. It was shown, that a forming of immune response depends on the dose of medication and the time of its injection. The injection of sodium nucleinate before vaccination against leptospirosis or at the same time stimulates more pronounced immune response.
Key words: immune response, pigs, vaccination, leptospirosis, sodium nucleinate, antibodies, lymphocytes, immunoglobulins.
