In scientificindustrial experiment the authors studied an influence of developed antimicrobial alkaloid nanocomplex from macleaya with vegetable phospholipids on zootechnological, hematologic and biochemical indices in broiler-chicken of the Cobb Avian 48 cross. It was revealed, that nanocomplex result in high viability, the raise of live weight with a decreasing of feed outlay per unit of its gain, and also nanocomplex increases vitamin A content in bird liver to 1,72-fold. During usage of nanocomplex the haemoglobin and erythrocytes content raises of 17,8 % and 15,6 %, respectively, the ratio of leucocytes fraction in blood normalized. The nanocomplex has positive effect on metabolic processes in birds and hepatocytes function — increases total protein content (of 6,7 %), normalizes the ration of albumins and globulins in blood, decreases the aspartate aminotransferase activity (of 11,8 %), the alanine aminotransferase activity (13,8 %), the cholesterol content (5,9 %).

Key words: nanocomplex, macleaya, antimicrobial action, broilers, feeding.
