PROPHYLAXIS OF TRASPORTATION SRESS IN AGRICULTURAL ANIMALS BASING ON COMPENSATORY ADAPTIVE REACTIONS

The methods for prophylaxis of transportation stress in cattle and pigs was developed basing on activation of compensatory adaptive reactions by stimulating the bioactive points. The stimulation in Black-and-White cattle by application peppery plaster and in pigs by rubbing in the formic alcohol was shown to decrease loss of the living weight during transportation and the meat productivity of carcasses after slaughter.
