MILK PRODUCTIVITY IN COWS UNDER RATIONS SUPPLEMENTED WITH FODDER EAST

In the cows of the Black-and-White breed during indoor period the author estimated the milk ability and the parameters of milk quality after an enrichment of the ration by protein. It was shown, that an addition of the fodder yeast to the ration in amount of 100 and 200 g per head daily promotes to a raising of protein and lipid content in milk on 0.34 and 0.21 %, and 0.29 and 0.18 %, respectively, with simultaneous increasing of daily yield of milk in experimental groups in comparison with control ones.
