SEX RATIO IN POSTERITY AFTER IMMUNOGENIC TREATMENT OF SOWS

On the sows of the Lagre Black breed the author investigated the effect of treatment on different stages of reproductive cycle by the homogenate of secretory cells of boar testicles on sex ra-tio in posterity and on functional homeostasis of female organism. It was established, that subcuta-neous introduction of medication permit to increase substantially the portion of sows in offspring. The treatment after a weaning of piglets in dose of 2 ml (before copulation, during insemination and on the early stage of embryo development) is the most efficient.
