The graph-analysis of experimental data on microbiological transformation a lignin-contained vegetative rests and the subsequent cultivation of barley (Severyanin variety) was carried out, including the procedures of dispersive, correlation, cluster and component analyses. The fractal model and graph-analysis showed that two gene-metabolic networks of microorganisms are formed which transform the vegetative rests in soil. It is revealed that the first step of destruction into humic networks is curried out by bacterium Pseudomonas fluorescens and micromycets Penicillium chrysogenum Thom. 1910. It is shown that amylolitic and proteolitic bacteria participate actively in formation of humus substances.

Keywords: gene-methabolic network of microorganisms, Pseudomonas fluorescens, Penicillium chrsogenum, graph-analysis for microbiological and physical-chemical data, fractal model of microbiological transformation of organic substances.
