Composition and quantitative characteristics of root exudates, i.e. organic acids and sugars, were estimated in rhizoshpere of tomato and cucumber plants, and different wheat genotypes. It is shown that the content of these compounds is stably high in vegetables inoculated with Pseudomonas chlororaphis strain SPB1217. The role of rhizosphere microorganisms in plant physiology is discussed, and breeding the plants with the specified composition of root exudates to increase the productivity of agrocenosis is considered.

Keywords: root exudates, exudation, rhizobacteria, rhizosphere.
