BIOCHEMICAL CRITERIA FOR ESTIMATION OF AGRONOMIC VALUABLE PROPERTIES OF BACILLI USED FOR DEVELOPMENT OF MICROBIAL PREPARATIONS

V.К. Chebotar’, V.B. Petrov, A.I. Shaposhnikov, L.V. Kravchenko

Studying strain Bacillus subtilis Ch-13, which is used as a producer of microbial preparation extrasol, the agronomical valuable properties of endophytic and rhizobacteria was shown to be revealed and controlled by modern biochemical markers. Antifungal metabolites and auxins synthesized by living culture of B. subtilis Ch-13 make the significant contribution in antagonistic and phytostimulation activity of extrasol. Using these metabolites as biochemical markers allows to provide analytical and biochemical certification, to monitor the stability of physiological and biochemical properties of the strain, to carry out a rapid assessment of the accumulation of active agents in batch of biological preparation.

Keywords: bacilli, endophytic and rhizobacteria, microbial preparation, agronomically valuable properties, antifungal metabolites and auxins, method HPLC.
