THE FIRST PRINCIPLES IN MATHEMATICAL MODELING OF «GENOTYPE—ENVIRONMENT» SYSTEM

I.M. Mikhailenko, V.A. Dragavtsev

The principles were developed for making the mathematical models of each of 20 scientific tasks formulated on the basis of qualitative theory a ecologo-genetic structure of quantitative deter-minants. The use of suggested model symbiosis for solution of these problems permits to create the rigorous quantitative theory for ecologo-genetic raising of productivity and harvest of plants.

Key words: genotype—environment interaction, predictive, dynamic, design models, physical models, nature and prediction of reaction norms and homeostasis of productivity, transgressions, environmentally dependent heterosis, signs and magnitudes of correlations, dominance shifts in different environments.
