METHOD FOR DETECTION OF BLOOD LYSOZYME ACTIVITY IN AGRICULTURAL ANIMALS

V.Ya. Sarukhanov, N.N. Isamov, I.M. Kolganov

The method was presented for detection of lysozyme activity of blood serum in agricultural animals and human. For cattle, sheep and goat the mixture of native serum and test-culture must be incubate during 180 min. The serum of horse and human must be inactivate and after that to incubate with test-culture during 180 min. The use of phosphate buffer as liquid phase in suspension of test-culture causes the precipitation of its units, which can distorts the results of investigations. It is not observed at the use of 0.75 M sucrose.

Keywords: nature resistance, agriculture animals, blood, lysozyme activities.
