The possibility was showed for an application of 3 types of genetic markers during breeding of fine-wooled sheeps. The differentiation of breeds on studied blood systems was presented. The methods of analysis on 3 types of genetic markers permitted to determine the uniqueness of the largest population among so-called «commercial» sheep’s breed in Russia and abroad.
