CONTENT OF ACETYLCHOLINE, BIOAMINES IN THE STOMACH TISSUES AND PEPSIN IN GASTRIC CONTENT IN RABBITS AT THE AXOPLASM DEFICIENCY IN VAGUS NERVE

G.M. Efremova

In the rabbits of the Butterfly breed at the age of 10-120 days against the background of operative blockade of axoplasm flowing on vagus fibers under action of colchicin the author revealed the significant influence of acetylcholine, catecholamines, serotonin and histamine on production of pepsin in stomach, however the character and the degree of this influence at the different periods of ontogenesis are variated. Thereby, the axoplasm flowing in vagus nerves is the necessary condition for maintenance of optimal ratio of biologically active substances and regulation of enzymes production.

Keywords: acetylcholin, bioamines, pepsin, axoplasma in vagus nerve, rabbit.
