METHODS OF DETERMINATION OF QUALITATIVE AND QUANTITATIVE COMPOSITION OF MICROORGANISMS DURING INTESTINE DYSBACTERIOSIS IN CALVES

The authors consider the methods of estimation of qualitative and quantitative composition of populations of pathogenic and potentially pathogenic microorganisms during intestinal dysbacteriosis in the calves of the Holshein and Black-and-White breeds. The Ziehl-Nielsen method of carbolic fuchsin painting was recognized of the most effective for life-time diagnostics and the method of imprints and the use of chromogenic media — for postmortal diagnostics. It was established that the application of sparing methods of fixation and deaquation of objects permit to observe for growth and development of microorganisms.
