ABOUT PHYSIOLOGICAL STATUS OF YAKS IN ECOLOGICALLY PROBLEM ZONES

In the conditions of Republic of Tuva the author investigated the effect of ecologically adverse factors on physiological state of yaks. The animals being kept in polluted territory have the disturbances in metabolism, the increased frequency of the diseases of cardiovascular system, gastrointestinal tract and liver. The newborn animals have lowered level of serum immunoglobulins in blood.
