APPLICATION OF BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE COMPOUNDS FOR THE RISING OF REPRODUCTION PARAMETERS IN COWS IN THE CONDITIONS OF COMMERCIAL COMPLEX

In scientific-economic experiments in the conditions of Kirovskaya oblast’ on full age Holsteined cows of the Black-and-White, Kholmogorskaya, Istobenskaya breeds the authors studied during dry period the effect of parenteral introduction of tissue (histogen), immunomodulating (biostim) and antioxidant (colicin E2) compounds, during postnatal — tissue, immunomodulating, hormonal and antioxidant compounds, during artificial insemination and early embryos development — vitamins (vitamin E + Se) and colicin E2. The colicin E2 action was estimated on cows of varied ages. The effective mode for the rising of reproduction was parenteral introduction of adaptogens — tissue, antioxidant, vitamin preparations and also of specific hormonal drugs.
