ACCUMULATION OF HEAVY METALS IN BEE-FARMING PRODUCTION

The comparative study of copper, zinc and cadmium content in samples of pollen load, bee-bread, honey and propolis stored on apiary of Zalesovskii region of Altaic in 2006-2007 years was made. It was established, that honey accumulates the least amount of heavy metals. Propolis accumulates the maximal content of toxicants, and bee-bread and pollen load — of biogenic elements.
