MANUFACTURING TECHNIQUES OF PREPARATIVE FORM OF ANTISEPTIC COLLAGEN-CONTAINING MEDICATION OF COLMEDOX

In the experiments in vitro the authors perfect the technological techniques for collagen obtaining and study the conditions of preparation of Colmedox antiseptic medication on the basis of collagen matrix. It was shown, that doxycycline, metronidazole and chlorhexidine, dissolved in universal solvent have clearly defined synergism which has an effect on the increase of antimicrobial activity of preparative form.
