DEVELOPMENT OF CHICKEN EMBRYOS IN EGGS WITH HIGHER PROTEIN DENSITY IN CONNECTION WITH REGIME OF KEEPING AND INCUBATION

O.I. Stanishevskaya

The influence of various protein density in eggs on development of embryos (a mass, a degree of assimilation of egg nutrients, a closing of allantois, a hatching) was investigated in scientific-practical experiment on meat hens of the Barros and Arbor Acres crosses. The author estimated also the effect of glucose content in egg, loss of weight and regime of keeping of eggs with various densities on abovelisted parameters.

Key words: chicken, embryo development, egg albumen viscosity.
