STUDY OF Sus scrofa GENOME WITH THE USE OF DNA-MARKERS

The authors made the experimental investigations of genetic polymorphism in five popula-tions of two subspecies of wild boar, which are inhabit at the territory of Russian Federation, and the pigs of the Large White, the Yorkshire, the Duroc and the Landrace breeds. The some aspects of studying of genotype of wild boar in comparison with different breeds of domestic pigs were consid-ered by the example of analysis of microsatellites and marker genes.
