CONTENT OF MOBILE ALUMINIUM AND SOIL ACIDITY ON THE BACKGROUND OF CULTIVATION OF ALUMINUM-TOLERANT BACTERIA FOR THE PURPOSE OF RISING OF PLANT’S RESISTANCE

L.V. Ponomareva, V.F. Drichko, N.P. Tsvetkova, D.V. Kudryavtsev

From the samples of acid and man-caused polluted soils the authors isolated the alumi-numtolerant bacterial strains and determined their influence on the content of soil mobile aluminum and pH of sodpodzol loam low-humus soil in vegetative experiments. It was shown, that bacterial contamination of sowing seeds by such bacterial strains and further growing of the barley of the Krinichnyi variety on acid soil with high content of mobile aluminum permit to increase the plant resistant to it. The dry biomass of the such inoculated barley plants was of 103-120 % from control in connection with used bacterial culture.

Key words: alumotolerant microorganisms, bacterisation, inoculation of plants, aluminum of soil, barley, sustainability.
