TAKING ROOT OF Hydrangea macrophylla IN CONNECTION WITH DATE OF CUTTING, TYPE OF GRAFT AND SUBSTRATES

In Hydrangea macrophylla of the Madam Faustin and Madam Moris varieties in the conditions of Russian subtropics (Sochi) the authors determined the frequency of taking root and the indices of root system forming on three variants of substrate during a cutting in various seasons and different parts of shoots. It was established, that taking root of apical growth both the current year (green) and the last year (lignificated) permit to obtain more qualitative material.
