ESTIMATION OF INTRA- AND INTERPOPULATION GENETIC VARIETY OF Adonis vernalis L. MEDICINAL SPECIES WITH USE OF IRAP-MARKERS

In plants of six populations of Adonis vernalis L. of rare for Permskii area medicinal species the authors studied a DNA polymorphism by the IRAP-method and estimated their genetic variety on 127 isolated IRAP-markers. Among the factors, which determined a high level of genetic variety, the relic properties of the species have the decisive importance, probably.
