ESTIMATION OF DEGREE OF DIVERGENCE OF CORRELATED STRUCTURES OF DIFFERENT SYSTEMATIC CATEGORIES BY THE EXAMPLE OF Amaranth L.

The authors studied the divergence of correlated structures in amaranth on intrapopulation (divergence of lines), intraspecific (divergence of variants) and interspecific (divergence of species) levels. It was shown that degree of divergence of correlated structures in different species varies in connection with their phylogenetic relationship and the proportions within species.
